SERIES 1:

Spotlight Interview with Fabian Elizondo

You’ve built multiple brands before the age of 20, including The F.E. Foundation, F.E. Enterprise, and Fabian L’Homme. What drives your ambition to create so much so early?

"What drives my ambition is my ability to create and maintain a vision. Every project I've worked on plays a role in my identity as a visionary. I enjoy building something from the ground up and turning an idea into reality, that process motivates me every time."

Many people your age are still figuring life out, yet you’ve secured over $5 million in scholarships, 120+ college acceptances, and founded a successful organization. What sacrifices or challenges shaped that journey?

"That period of my life required a lot of sacrifice, whether it was stepping away from certain friendships or giving up things that no longer aligned with my goals. But those sacrifices helped lay the foundation for me to build my own organization and, more importantly, to show others what's possible when you stay focused."

The F.E. Foundation focuses on empowering students through education, scholarships, and mentorship. What does building opportunities for others mean to you personally?

"When I started The F.E. Foundation, my biggest goal was to create opportunity, because I've seen firsthand how overlooked opportunity can be, especially in certain communities. Scholarships and mentorship aren't just resources; they are powerful tools that can open doors. Providing that for others means everything to me."

Your fragrance line, Fabian L'Homme, carries the tagline 'A Presence Felt, Not Seen' and emphasizes mystery and sophistication. How does that concept reflect your own personality?

"That concept mirrors part of my life, I've always been a reserved person when it comes to my personality or sharing my world with others. I believe sometimes your presence speaks for you, even when you're not saying much, that's exactly what I wanted Fabian L'Homme to represent."

You're pursuing a future in nursing while simultaneously running businesses. How do you balance academic excellence with leadership? Has healthcare influenced your mindset?

"For me, setting deadlines is key to managing both. Taking on leadership within my organization and driving initiatives for my other projects has strengthened my discipline, which directly applies to the healthcare field. Healthcare requires precision, responsibility, and focus, the same qualities I've built through entrepreneurship."

You've spoken about feeling overlooked personally despite your success. How has that shaped your work ethic or outlook?

"It's something I struggled with earlier on and I've accepted it since, not everyone will understand what I'm building, and that's okay. That mindset has pushed me deeper into my entrepreneurial side and made me more committed to showcasing my work publicly. I've learned that success doesn't always need recognition."

What sets the F.E. Enterprise system apart, and how does it reflect your vision?

"The F.E. Enterprise system is still evolving, but the vision behind it is something I believe hasn't been done before. It's designed to bring awareness to both upcoming and current businesses by showcasing their products or services. More than that, it's about building a network, connecting people and businesses to grow together."

Your work spans different industries, education, business, and fragrance. What's the common thread that ties these industries together?

"Motivation and passion. When you have both, creating becomes natural and authentic. Whether it's helping students, launching a business platform, or designing a fragrance, that same energy fuels everything I do."

Looking ahead, how do you want people to remember you beyond your titles and businesses?

"Beyond the business side, I want people to remember that I put everything into each project, nothing half done, always 100%. I take every opportunity, every idea, and every brand seriously because they all represent my vision and the work I stand behind."
